Sign in and get starter credits
Turn DraftSI on, sign in with a code we email you (no password), and ask for free starter credits. We approve them by hand.

Tell DraftSI what to draw
Type it, or snap a sketch. Each step DraftSI takes uses Credits for DraftSI. The editor stays free.

Is TellMeCAD really free?
Yes. The editor is free to download and use, with no licence key and no trial period. You pay only when you use DraftSI, the AI assistant in TellMeCAD, which runs on prepaid Credits for DraftSI.
What is DraftSI?
DraftSI is the AI assistant built into TellMeCAD. You type what you want, optionally with a picture such as a photo of a hand sketch, and DraftSI draws it in your open drawing. It is not a separate program: it works only inside TellMeCAD, and it stays off until you turn it on.
What are Credits for DraftSI, and do they expire?
Credits are prepaid top-ups that pay for the AI work behind DraftSI. Each step DraftSI takes uses some credits, depending on the work and the speed you pick. Credits never expire. See how credits work.
How do starter credits work?
New accounts can ask for free starter credits (200 [TBC]) to try DraftSI. We approve them by hand, once per account. While you wait, you can still buy credits.
Will my DWG files open?
TellMeCAD opens and saves DWG and DXF files for 2D drafting. Drawings that rely on features it does not support yet may not look the same. If one of yours does, tell us during the beta and we will look at it.
Is it Windows only?
Yes, for now. TellMeCAD runs on Windows [TBC: Windows 10/11, 64-bit]. macOS is planned for later and is not part of the beta.
Can I use it in Bahasa Melayu?
Yes. The interface is available in Bahasa Melayu and English.
What leaves my computer when I use DraftSI?
Nothing while DraftSI is off. When you give DraftSI an instruction, your message, a short note on the drawing's state, the drawing data DraftSI looks up to do the job, and any pictures you add go through our server to Anthropic's AI model. The drawing file itself is never uploaded, and our server does not store your conversations. Details are in the privacy policy.

Yes. On-site setup and training is available in the Klang Valley. Contact us with your office location and the number of seats.
